Can you get my brand onboarded on BigBasket?
We can apply for onboarding on your behalf using your business documents if you want us to — but onboarding approval is entirely BigBasket's decision. We do not and cannot guarantee onboarding. Our management plans apply once your account is onboarded and live.
Is the price per portal or for all portals together?
Pricing is per portal, per month. If you want us to manage your brand on Blinkit, Zepto, Swiggy Instamart and BigBasket together, each portal is a separate plan — talk to us for a multi-portal quote.
What about BigBasket commissions, ad spends and other fees?
All charges levied by BigBasket or third parties — commissions, onboarding fees, ad budgets, penalties, logistics or storage charges — are billed by them and paid by you directly. Our fee covers only our management services.
Do I keep control of my seller account?
Yes. The account stays yours — we work inside it with the access you grant. You can see every change, every promotion and every report, and you can revoke access anytime.
How soon will I see results?
Catalog and listing improvements typically show within the first 2–4 weeks; ranking and order growth builds over 60–90 days as optimization and promotions compound. We track everything in your weekly report.
Can I upgrade, downgrade or cancel?
Anytime. Plans are monthly with no setup fee and no lock-in — upgrade when you're scaling, pause when you need to.

Our management services apply to BigBasket accounts that are already onboarded and live. Getting onboarded is entirely at BigBasket's discretion, and we give no assurance or guarantee of onboarding approval.
Onboarding application on request
If your brand is not yet on BigBasket, we can prepare and submit the onboarding application on your behalf using the documents you provide. This is an application-assistance service only — the final decision, timeline and criteria belong to the platform.
Third-party charges are not ours
Platform commissions, onboarding or registration fees, advertising spends, penalties, logistics, storage or any other charges levied by BigBasket or any third party are payable by you directly to them. They are not included in and not related to our service fees.

Rankings, visibility and order volumes are influenced by BigBasket's algorithms, policies, stock availability and market demand. We commit to the work and the strategy — results shown are averages, not guarantees.
