Refund Eligibility

We strongly believe in serving our customers and making them satisfied. However if by any means we are unable to stand up to our expectations, we regret and to improvise and make our client experience better we will give a 100% refund if the client informs us within 3 days of the service commencing and if the client informs us within 7 days of the service commencing the client is eligible for 50% refund on the payment the client made.

If the client fails to inform us within 7 days of work commencing the client is not eligible for any refund because, under 7 days of the work commencing, we have utilised 90% of our resources, plan, and strategies on the accounts or the platforms given by the client. Therefore the client will not be liable for any refund or payment by the organisation. All disputes are subject to Delhi jurisdiction. We are always at the forefront of new trends and technologies, and we provide our clients with expert advice on how to use them to achieve their objectives.
